First Virtual One Page Exhibit Competition by Prayag Philatelic Society
Meant for the members of PPS
1. Entry of participation is restricted to the members of the society.
2. Content/topic to be displayed on A4 or A3 size can be in English or Hindi language.
3. Duration of Exhibition, Date of Opening the Exhibition and the Last Date of entry – Yet to be announced. Members may plan and organise their exhibits well in advance.
4. Display can be of the choice of the individual member.
5. Exhibit should not be part of a full exhibit displayed earlier. i.e. it should not be a page from a complete exhibit prepared earlier.
6. The exhibit should be a bona-fide property of the member. The physical exhibit should be prepared by the exhibitor/member.
7. One member can submit one exhibit.
8. Modification in rules applicable till last date is declared.
9. Three prizes will be awarded as mementos to three best exhibits. Not to be ranked as first to third.
10. Detailed marksheet subject to jury’s response.
11. Marking will be from point 1 to 10. With scope of half marks.
12. On tie conditions, jury’s decision will be final.
13. There will be no justification by the jury for any response/order/result. Their decision will be final and binding to all competitors/organizers.
14. Certificate of participation will be given to all the participants.
15. The exhibit should be prepared physically and then scanned as a high resolution pdf image. Not in jpeg format. Please ensure that the exhibit is scanned properly and completely. No edges should be out of the scan area.
16. The exhibit should be prepared physically and not through graphical modes.
17. A 5 to 10 sec video of the exhibit with the member should be sent to the admin after sending the exhibit to the designated email address.
18. It is not a physical exhibition hence no exhibit should be sent to the organisers.
19. Utmost good faith should be maintained by all for a fair and reasonable competitive exhibition.
20. A reasonable participation fee will be applicable. It will be payable to the society account by the exhibitor. This is to meet the expenses involved in sending certificates of participation to all and trophies to the three best entries.
21. The virtual exhibition will be put up on the website of the society. www.prayagphilatelicsociety.org
22. The exhibitor can send their scanned exhibit in pdf format (no jpeg format) with the 5 – 10 second video holding the physical exhibit and self declaration, to the following email address: prayagphilatelicsociety@gmail.com
23. Please check on regular intervals regarding updates on these points till the final dates are not announced.
