Results will be declared on 14th January 2022 by 5:00 p.m. through the Philatelic Bureau, Allahabad and on the website www.prayagphilatelicsociety.org

Certificate of participation will be awarded to all the participants and Memento & Certificate of Merit to the winners in each category.

Reporting time is 10:00 a.m. Event begins at 10:30 a.m. till 12:00 noon. First a workshop on letter writing will be held followed by a letter writing competition. Participants will be required to write a letter on the theme related to Azadi ka Amrit Mahutsav on the spot. Letter writing sheet will be provided by the Society, the participants will be required to bring a pen to write and a clipboard to hold the letter sheet while writing. Keeping mobile phone or any other such article while writing will be restricted and not permitted. Parents are requested not to provide mobile phones/any such article to the children while participating in the competition. If they do so, the risk will be theirs and the organizers will not be responsible for any loss occurring due to it.

Log on to www.prayagphilatelicsociety.org to fill the form and submit it online. A clear snapshot of the latest ID Card/Mark-sheet of recent exam/a recent document from the school to support the claim for class studying in will be required along-with the online form. The supporting document must mention the class of the academic session 2021-2022. No off-line/walk-in entries will be accepted. All correspondences post submission of entries will be through email. Hence, parents are requested to respond to email sent by organizers for any queries raised. The Whatsapp group created for this purpose will be used for collective communications. We wish to create the habit of writing letters within the participants through this workshop and we hope that the parents will encourage their wards to participate.

All participants and their guardians will have to ensure to follow the prevailing Covid-19 Guidelines while they are in the Head Post Office Campus on 2.1.2022. Wearing a mask is compulsory for all.
